Loan against Ornaments- Gold/Silver


1. The rate of interest will be @ 2% (flat) per month.
2. The loan will be up to 100% of ornament value and will not exceed Rs. 2 lac.
3. The valuation of the ornaments will be done by lender through authorized valuer and the cost of valuation will be borne by borrower.
4. Two coloured photographs of ornament to be mortgaged with lender are required.
5. Two coloured photographs of borrower as document are required.
6. There will be no file charge and service charge on this loan.
7. The loan interest will be paid on monthly basis.
8. The loan period will not exceed more than one year.
9. In case of nonpayment of interest for 3 months, the ornaments will be sold by lender.
10. The expenditure on sale of ornaments, due loan amount and 5% penalty interest on due amount will be deducted from sale deed and the balance will be returned to borrower.
11. A copy of borrower’s identity proof is required.
12. The borrower has to provide an affidavit declaring the ownership of the ornaments

Loan Against Securities- NSC, KVP, Shares, Insurance Policy, Debentures, Bonds, Mutual Funds

1. The rate of interest will be @ 2% (flat) per month.
2. The loan will be up to 100% of Securities value and will not exceed Rs. 2 lac.
3. Two coloured photographs of borrower as document are required.
4. There will be no file charge and service charge on this loan.
5. The loan interest will be paid on monthly basis.
6. The loan period will not exceed more than one year.
7. In case of nonpayment of interest for 3 months, the security will be sold by lender.
8. The expenditure on sale of security, due loan amount and 5% penalty interest on due amount will be deducted from sale deed and the balance will be returned to borrower.
9. A copy of borrower’s identity proof is required.
10. The borrower has to provide an affidavit declaring the ownership of the security.

LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY – Commercial/ Residential/ Agricultural/ Lal Dora

1. The rate of interest will be @ 2% (flat) per month.
3. Two coloured photographs of borrower as document are required.
4. There will be no file charge and service charge on this loan.
5. The loan interest will be paid on monthly basis.
6. The loan period will not exceed more than three year.
7. In case of nonpayment of interest for 3 months, the property will be sold by lender.
8. The expenditure on sale of property, due loan amount and 5% penalty interest on the due amount will be deducted from sale amount and the balance will be returned to the borrower.
